WHAT DO WE USE TO MAKE OUR CANDLES?

our products are 100% natural and free from any added chemicals. We take pride in using only natural soy wax, therapeutic grade essential oils and fine fragrance accords to create our stunning candles. Not only is soy wax natural, vegan and biodegradable, it also provides a cleaner burn which is better for the environment. When it comes to wicks, we use 100% cotton, lead-free wicks that are completely free from zinc and other metal compounds. This ensures that you have a clean and toxic free burn every time.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?

Yes! We believe in being kind to animals, so our products are never tested on them and don't contain any animal-derived ingredients.

WHEN SHOULD I TRIM MY WICK? 

Once you've completed the initial burn and the entire top layer of wax has melted evenly, it's time to let it cool down. From then on, it's essential to trim your wick using a Wick Trimmer to 1/4”. This will keep the flame small and steady for future lightings, giving you a delightful sensory experience.

WHY IS THE APPEARANCE/ COLOUR OF YOUR CANDLES DIFFERENT?

We use different essential  and fragrance oils that naturally come in various colours and consistencies, which can affect the physical appearance of the candle. Therefore, you may notice slight differences in colour and appearance from one batch to another. We purposely avoid using chemicals or other additives to spruce up the look of our candles, which might cause some slight imperfections such as frosting or uneven surfaces. But don't worry, it's normal for handmade candles to look a bit different from time to time.

All of our exquisite candles and fragrances are proudly crafted right here in India. 

 

CAN I ADD A PERSONALISED NOTE TO MY ORDER?

Absolutely! If you'd like us to include a personal touch with your order, just head on over to your cart and let us know in the Additional Comments section. We'd be more than happy to write a heartfelt note to go along with your purchase.

WHAT CAN I DO WITH MY EMPTY GLASS JAR? 

We highly recommend giving your glass a new life by up-cycling it. Here's a neat trick for removing any leftover wax - simply pop the glass in the freezer for more than 24 hours and the wax should come right off with a gentle tap on its behind. Use some mild soap and water to clean off any remaining wax residue. And voila! You now have a beautiful glass jar that can be useful for storing pens, makeup utensils, or even to house a cute little succulents.

WHO WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?

We work with trusted delivery partners to ship your order. They will try to deliver your package three times, but if they can't get in touch with you, it will be returned to us. To avoid any hiccups in the delivery process, please provide a mobile number you're reachable at and your complete shipping address. We care about the safety of your package, so if it looks damaged or tampered at the time of delivery, please don't hesitate to reach out and let us know.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET AN ORDER PROCESSED AND SHIPPED?

We take about 1-2 business days on average to process your orders. As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, we'll send you an email with all the tracking information. Please give it at least 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated. If using free shipping, orders can take up to 4-6 business days to get delivered. Thank you for your patience!

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

We do everything we can to make sure your order gets to you fast and sound, but sometimes, items may get damaged during transit. No worries though! Just shoot us an email at hello@krimayaglim.com with pictures of both the packaging and the product, and we'll take care of it.
