RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Here at Krimaya Glim, we believe that every order is unique and deserves special attention. We always go the extra mile to ensure our products are of the highest quality and delivered with care. You can trust us to put your needs first and deliver the best possible experience.

we strive to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered and in perfect condition. Therefore, we don't typically allow returns or exchanges on these items. However, if there was a mistake with your order (wrong product delivered or a quality issue), we are happy to work with you to exchange it for the correct item. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!

We hope you'll love everything you order from us! If for any reason you receive a product that doesn't match your order or has a quality issue, please reach out to us and we'll gladly help you with an exchange. Please note, we don't typically accept returns or exchanges for products that are delivered in perfect condition, as ordered.

We'd love to help process your return! Please note that we'll need to receive the product(s) from you first before we can take care of the return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. The reverse pickup services are not included. But don't worry, returning your item is easy and we're here to help if you need any guidance.

If you need to start a return or report any damage during shipping, feel free to reach out to us at hello@krimayaglim.com. Just make sure to contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.  Don't forget to include your order number, transaction date and a photo of any defective or wrongly delivered items. We'll take care of the rest!

Order Cancelation

If you need to cancel an order, please get in touch with us within 12 hours of placing it online. Unfortunately, we won't be able to cancel any requests received after we've shared dispatch details and tracking codes. However, if your cancellation request is duly processed by us, we'll refund your money in 24-48 business hours.
